2. Service Agreement

All projects undertaken by Designs Empire are governed by a mutually agreed proposal, quotation, invoice, or contract. By approving a project, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

3. Project Requirements

Clients are responsible for providing all required content, images, branding materials, and project information in a timely manner. Delays in providing required assets may affect project timelines.

4. Payment Terms

A deposit may be required before work commences.
Remaining balances must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule.
Final project files, website transfers, or launch activities may be withheld until full payment is received.
Late payments may incur additional charges where applicable.

5. Revisions

Projects include the number of revisions specified in the proposal or quotation. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees.

6. Project Timelines

Estimated delivery dates are provided for planning purposes only. Timelines may vary due to project complexity, client feedback delays, third-party dependencies, or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of final approved deliverables is transferred to the client unless otherwise stated in writing.

Designs Empire retains the right to:

Display completed work in portfolios.
Use project samples for marketing and promotional purposes.
Showcase completed projects on social media and company websites.

8. Third-Party Services

Projects may involve third-party tools, hosting providers, plugins, APIs, software, or platforms. Designs Empire is not responsible for:

Service interruptions.
Third-party policy changes.
Security vulnerabilities originating from third-party services.
Additional fees charged by third-party providers.

9. Website Maintenance

Unless covered under a maintenance agreement, ongoing updates, backups, monitoring, security management, and technical support are not included after project completion.

10. Marketing & SEO Services

While Designs Empire follows industry best practices, we do not guarantee:

Specific search engine rankings.
Website traffic increases.
Lead generation volumes.
Sales or revenue outcomes.

Marketing performance depends on multiple factors beyond our control.

11. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree not to provide or request content that:

Violates intellectual property rights.
Contains illegal, defamatory, or harmful material.
Violates applicable laws and regulations.

Clients are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content they provide.

12. Limitation of Liability

Designs Empire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services, websites, designs, marketing campaigns, or digital products.

13. Cancellation & Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice.

In the event of cancellation:

Work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed accordingly.
Deposits already paid may be non-refundable.
Any completed work remains the property of Designs Empire until payment obligations are fulfilled.

14. Confidentiality

All confidential information shared by clients will be treated with reasonable care and will not be disclosed to unauthorized third parties unless required by law.

15. Amendments

Designs Empire reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website.
