For projects requiring an upfront deposit, work may not begin until the required initial payment has been received.

If a payment becomes overdue, Designs Empire US may temporarily suspend work, services, access, or delivery until the outstanding balance is resolved.
The client is responsible for providing accurate and timely information, including where applicable:
Business information
Text and website content
Logos and brand assets
Images and videos
Login credentials
Product or service information
Social media account access
Domain and hosting information
Feedback and approvals
Delays in providing required materials, information, access, or approvals may affect the project timeline.
Designs Empire US is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or late information supplied by the client.
The number of revisions included in a project will depend on the agreed scope or quotation.
A revision means a reasonable modification to an existing design or deliverable. A completely new concept, substantial change in direction, or additional functionality may be treated as additional work.
Once a design, page, website, branding asset, or other deliverable has been approved by the client, subsequent major changes may be subject to additional charges.
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving deliverables in a timely manner.
For website projects, the client is responsible for ensuring that all information provided for publication is accurate and legally permissible.
Designs Empire US will make reasonable efforts to deliver websites according to the agreed specifications. However, website functionality may depend on third-party platforms, hosting providers, plugins, APIs, payment gateways, browsers, operating systems, or other technologies outside our control.
We do not guarantee that a website will remain compatible with every future third-party software or platform update.
Where domain registration or hosting is purchased through Designs Empire US, the applicable domain and hosting terms may also apply.
Unless specifically agreed otherwise, domain names and hosting accounts may be registered under the client’s ownership or account.
Designs Empire US is not responsible for service interruptions, suspension, downtime, data loss, security incidents, or other problems caused by third-party hosting or domain providers.
Branding services may include logos, brand identities, social media graphics, marketing materials, and other creative assets according to the agreed scope.
The final approved deliverables will be provided according to the applicable project agreement.
Where third-party fonts, stock images, icons, templates, or other licensed assets are used, their applicable licensing restrictions remain the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed.
For social media management services, the client authorizes Designs Empire US to perform the agreed activities on the client’s social media accounts.
The client remains responsible for the accuracy and legality of business information, claims, offers, products, and services provided to us.
Social media platforms may change their algorithms, policies, features, reach, advertising systems, or account requirements at any time.
Therefore, Designs Empire US does not guarantee a specific number of followers, views, likes, leads, sales, engagement, or revenue unless expressly guaranteed in a separate written agreement.
Our services may require the use of third-party platforms, software, plugins, APIs, hosting providers, social media platforms, payment processors, or other services.
Designs Empire US does not control third-party services and cannot guarantee their availability, pricing, functionality, security, or continued operation.
Any third-party fees are the responsibility of the client unless expressly included in the agreed project price.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Designs Empire US retains ownership of its pre-existing materials, proprietary processes, templates, systems, source materials, internal resources, and reusable design elements.
Upon receipt of full payment, ownership or usage rights for the final deliverables will transfer to the client to the extent specified in the applicable agreement.
Third-party materials remain subject to their respective licenses and ownership rights.
Unpaid work, drafts, concepts, source files, or rejected designs remain the property of Designs Empire US unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Unless the client specifically requests confidentiality in writing, Designs Empire US may display completed work in its portfolio, website, social media, proposals, case studies, and other promotional materials.
If a project is confidential or subject to a non-disclosure agreement, Designs Empire US will respect the applicable confidentiality obligations.
The client is responsible for ensuring that any content, images, trademarks, photographs, videos, documents, or other materials supplied to Designs Empire US may legally be used.
The client represents that it has the necessary rights, permissions, and licenses for materials it provides.
Designs Empire US is not responsible for claims arising from copyrighted, trademarked, misleading, unlawful, or unauthorized materials supplied by the client.
Where Designs Empire US provides marketing, SEO, social media, or related services, results may depend on numerous factors outside our control.
We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic levels, leads, conversions, sales, followers, engagement, or revenue unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
Search engines and social media platforms may change their algorithms, policies, and ranking systems without notice.
Designs Empire US will make reasonable efforts to keep confidential business information provided by clients confidential.
Confidential information will not include information that:
Is publicly available;
Was already known to us lawfully;
Becomes publicly available without our breach;
Is independently developed; or
Must be disclosed under applicable law or legal process.
We may provide reasonable assistance with website security, maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting where such services are included in the client’s package.
However, no website can be guaranteed to be completely secure or free from vulnerabilities.
Designs Empire US is not responsible for security issues caused by outdated software, compromised credentials, third-party services, hosting providers, unauthorized access, or actions outside our reasonable control.
Either party may request termination of a project or ongoing service subject to the applicable agreement.
If a client cancels a project after work has commenced, the client may be responsible for payment for work already completed, approved expenses, third-party costs, and any other amounts due under the agreement.
For recurring services such as social media management, cancellation terms may be specified in the relevant service agreement or subscription plan.
Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the service, the stage of the project, and the applicable agreement.
Because digital services involve time, creative work, resources, and development effort, payments for work already completed are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed or required by applicable law.
Any refund policy specifically stated in a quotation, invoice, contract, or service agreement will take precedence over this general section.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Designs Empire US will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-related losses arising from the use of our services.
